Imagine a Thai style boat filled to the brim with ice and cold beers, helping yourself whenever you need a refill - we can also provide custom made stubby holders/beer coolers, so the beers never get cold - with our fully trained bar staff - who create their own syrups, and tinctures - the flavours at your bar will not be what you expect from a little island in the tropics.

"Juliette's Love Elixir" Cocktail Recipe:
Ingredients:
2 oz gin
1 oz Elderflower liqueur
1 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 oz simple syrup
4 oz sparkling wine
Edible flower petals (optional garnish)
Instructions:
Fill a shaker with ice. Add gin, Elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, and simple syrup. Shake well. Strain the mixture into a champagne flute. Top with sparkling wine. Garnish with edible flower petals (optional).
